WARRANTY. 12 year limited warranty on structure of the chair, 12 years on pneumatic height adjusters and 5 years on all remaining components and fabrics.

PRIVACY. All precautions will be taken to protect your security. All credit information will not be shared with any other company outside of Big N Tall Seating. We value your business and we will not make available, rent, sell or e-commerce anybody outside of bigntallseating.com.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES. No cancellations can be made after your order has been processed. Big N Tall Seating will charge a 25% restocking fee and all return freight charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the risk of loss or damage during storage.
